To work in a liquor store you are required by law to be legal drinking age which is 18 years old in Alberta.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuance including cashing out at end of shift
- Accepting orders and putting products away
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring product availability
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth store operations




- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy periods and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Solid communication skills .
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Customer service experience that highlights patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail operations is advantageous but we will train you on our system.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
