Role Title: Litigation Attorney (Shareholder / LLC)

We are engaging Litigation Attorneys (Shareholder / LLC) to contribute to a cutting-edge project focused on evaluating and improving AI systems in the context of complex commercial disputes. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Produce authentic litigation documents each turn under senior direction, including motions, briefs, demand letters, and discovery-related materials relevant to commercial disputes among shareholders and LLC members.
2. Draft rubric items alongside each submission, clearly articulating the essential elements of a robust response to opposing counsel.
3. Integrate senior feedback efficiently into subsequent drafts, demonstrating a keen understanding of evolving case theory and posture.
4. Maintain consistency in legal argumentation and strategy throughout multi-turn simulated litigation scenarios.
5. Identify and flag ambiguities, procedural gaps, or missing facts, collaborating with project leadership for resolution.

Operate exclusively from public or synthetic fact patterns, ensuring no client-confidential information is used.
7. Adapt to various document types and shifting project requirements as directed by project leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Licensed US attorney (active or lapsed) with authorization to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
2. Minimum of 3 years of post-JD litigation experience with substantive work in shareholder and LLC disputes, including fiduciary duty claims, oppression, buyouts, operating/membership agreement issues, and governance disputes.
3. Demonstrated mastery in legal drafting for commercial litigation, encompassing discovery, motion practice, and strategic case development.
4. Proficiency in producing high-caliber written work product under direction, suitable for partner-level review.
5. Exceptional written English skills with command of legal register and precision in argumentation.
6. Background with litigation-focused firms (BigLaw, boutique, or mid-market) preferred.
7. Experience in federal court practice and/or previous AI training or evaluation projects considered a plus.
