Job Overview

Perfect job for a homebody personality that may even be retired and looking for a bit of work in the space you live. This person would live in their own RV in our campground and be able to help with maintenance and call out support in a small campground. The park has other team members in place to help with keeping the park running. This campground has all long term residents and Airbnb guests.

Duties

- We need someone with robust mechanical aptitude for small equipment care.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- You must be able to use a phone to text, print documents, take and send pictures.
- You cannot be afraid of technology or to teach yourself new things.
- General handyman type skills for various tasks.
- The park has septic, water systems, laundry, washrooms, garbage pickup and private Hydro as the main infrastructure requiring attention.
- Grounds maintenance is primarily managed by others but you may be called upon from time to time to help.
- Winter snow removal in an enclosed tractor. Small area of to hand shovel.




- This role is to support overall campground upkeep, we believe it takes a team so we are all game to do what ever needs to be done that day.
- You must have references to confirm skill knowledge

This position is primarily to help ensure we have onsite presence. We have primary maintenance in place, we will assign tasks as they come up. We have more work in the spring and fall to start up and shut down the park. The winter is slow but snow removal will be required based on snowfall. The community is very positive with closely screened guests to ensure a safe happy community. The share community fires, meals and events on a frequent basis. This is a great community to call home! Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 10.0 per week
