Bella Terra Vineyards is looking for an organized, hands-on Logistics Manager to oversee the day-to-day movement of wine and supplies from our warehouse to customers, retail locations, restaurants, licensees, and other destinations.This is a key operational role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy and organization, and can effectively coordinate people, inventory, orders, deliveries, and shipping partners.Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Logistics Manager will supervise a small logistics team and work closely with our Retail, Wine Club, Sales, and Accounting teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & Order Fulfillment

- Organize and coordinate LCBO pickups and orders.
- Manage wholesale shipments to restaurants, the LCBO, out-of-province customers, and export markets.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, buyers, agents, couriers, and other shipping partners.
- Respond to shipping inquiries from both B2B and B2C customers.
- Ensure orders are accurately prepared, documented, and shipped according to customer requirements.

Online Orders & Wine Club

- Oversee fulfillment of orders from the online store and wine club.
- Process wine club billing and coordinate wine club order fulfillment.
- Organize and oversee wine club packing.
- Coordinate courier pickups and shipments.
- Organize delivery schedules and coordinate with the delivery driver.
- Plan and optimize local delivery routes.

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate wine inventory across warehouse and other company locations.
- Manage inventory of dry goods and packing materials.
- Transfer products between warehouse, retail, and other locations within the inventory management system.




- Work closely with the Retail and Accounting teams on inventory counts, reconciliations, and discrepancies.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure system records accurately reflect physical inventory.

Team Management & Daily Operations

- Manage and schedule a small logistics team.
- Create and issue daily work orders and priorities for the team.
- Monitor workflow throughout the day and adjust priorities as required.
- Ensure orders, shipments, deliveries, and other logistics tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Train and support team members in proper fulfillment, inventory, shipping, and warehouse procedures.
- Promote a secure, clean, and organized working environment.

- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, distribution, or a related field.
- Experience supervising or coordinating a small team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with inventory management and/or order processing systems.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.




- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, freight companies, couriers, and internal teams.
- Ability to plan delivery routes and manage changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to getting things done.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other departments.
- Previous experience in the wine, beverage, food, hospitality, or consumer goods industry is an asset.
- Previous experience with LCBO, wine wholesale, wine clubs, or alcohol logistics is an asset.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
