Position: Logos Administrative Specialist

Reports To: Office Manager

Position Purpose

The Logos Administrative Specialist supports the office with administrative, clerical, and receptionist tasks. Working under the Office Manager, this role manages routine duties to keep operations productive, serves as the main contact for accounts payable and receivable, assists with work orders, billing, data entry, and answer phone calls.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

- Assist with collections, including reconciling customers’ accounts and sending past due letters.
- Process accounts payable invoices- CAPEX and OPEX
- Provide administrative assistant support, including filing, typing, and designing general correspondence.
- Update and maintain commonly used databases, including contract/client information, structure and signage information, client applications, new contracts, and pictures.
- Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and phone calls. This includes but is not limited to: Sorting and distributing all incoming mail, responding to regularly occurring requests for information, answering phones, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate Manager, colleague and or Field Account Manager.
- Assting with work orders as necessary
- Strong command of the English language.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Access and Excel.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.




- Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
- Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong work ethic – someone who takes great pride in professionalism, responsibility, and is proactive.
- Working knowledge of office administrative procedures and knowledge standard office equipment.
- Ability to handle confidential and non-routine information and explain policies when necessary. Education and Experience Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associates degree, business school certification, and/or some college preferred
- A minimum of 6 months of office experience is required. In lieu of experience, college education will be accepted or other equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of computer software use in an office setting is preferred.
- A Valid Driver’s License is required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- The primary work workplace for this position is an office.
- The physical demands for this position include light lifting, pushing, reaching, seeing (with a focus on reading and acuity), sitting more than 50% of the time, standing, stooping, talking, turning, and walking.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support departmental and organizational objectives. Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
