Responsibilities
- Conduct oil changes, fluid top-offs, and lubrication services efficiently using hand tools and power tools.
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires with precision, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections to identify potential mechanical issues and communicate findings clearly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of used fluids and tires in accordance with safety standards.
- Assist customers by explaining services performed, recommending additional maintenance or products, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Use mechanical knowledge to support vehicle maintenance tasks beyond tire and lube services when needed.
- Handle heavy lifting of tires and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity using hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily duties.
- Basic understanding of automotive maintenance procedures and safety standards.
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the automotive service field.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a plus.
