What You'll Do

- Prepare and maintain a beautiful Montessori learning environment that encourages independence, exploration, and respect.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate Montessori activities and lessons.
- Foster children's spiritual, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where every child feels valued and supported.
- Observe, assess, and document children's learning and developmental progress.
- Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a strong, supportive teaching team.
- Maintain accurate classroom records, observations, attendance, and incident documentation.
- Ensure compliance with the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA), Ministry licensing requirements, and centre policies.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional learning, and school events.

Qualifications
- Montessori Casa (3 to 6) Diploma for the Casa Instructor position.
- Current Standard First Aid & CPR-C.
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Knowledge of child development and Montessori philosophy.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.




- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, preschool-aged, or kindergarden children.
- French or another language is considered an asset.
