Killam Apartment REIT, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is one of Canada's largest residential real estate investment trusts, owning, operating, and developing a $5.5 billion portfolio of apartments and manufactured home communities. What you will do:

- Fit and install trim items, such as doors, molding and hardware;
- Maintain, repair kitchen cabinetry;
- General maintenance and/or painting and minor patching;
- Knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, etc.;
- Trouble shooting heat pump issues;
- On call rotation required;
- All other duties as required.

Who you are:

- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Ability to work as a team, and under minimal supervision;
- Effective, proven skills and experience;
- Renovations experience an asset;
- Plumbing experience, general trades experience;
- A valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle;
- General knowledge of electrical an asset.
