Talent Acquisition

Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top-tier talent across various departments to support our organizational growth and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency with advanced HR technology platforms. Your expertise will directly influence our ability to attract, engage, and retain high-caliber professionals worldwide.

Duties

- Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing offer negotiations.

Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably with exposure to the wholesale, distribution, FMCG, or retail sectors.
- Language: Native or full professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of Canadian employment laws, recruitment best practices, and modern sourcing techniques.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRIS platforms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.



Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CHRP/CHRL designation is an asset).
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, community networks, and industry events.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and guidance on best hiring practices.
- Bilingual Engagement: Conduct interviews and assess candidates in both English and Mandarin to ensure cultural and technical fit for bilingual roles across the organization.
- Employer Branding: Champion Chens Enterprises as an employer of choice. Enhance our employer brand presence both online and within local communities.
- Process Improvement: Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.), maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and continuously identify ways to optimize the hiring workflow.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
