- Facilitate recruitment and intake of consumers
- Build relationships with community employers
- Develop and implement job training strategies
- Coach participants in achieving work transition
- Document and track participant progress thoroughly Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or related experience
- Experience in providing support for individuals with disabilities
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license with vehicle access
