About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing and Logistics Coordinator to join our Calgary team. This position is primarily focused on shipping and receiving, with additional responsibilities in assembly, order fulfillment, and some technical tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a quick-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily shipping and receiving of equipment, cables, and parts
- Package, label, and accurately document all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare and complete customs documentation, including tariff coding and cross-border shipping requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse stock, including purchasing of such items
- Manufacture and test Radio Frequency and data cables
- Assemble electrical control panels as needed
- Support the order desk with off-the-shelf equipment and cable orders
- Perform local parts pickups as required
- Must have experience shipping to the US

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills




- Team player with effective English communication (written and verbal)
- Proficient in using ERP’s (ours is Acumatica), and error-free data entry
- Mechanical aptitude, including basic tool use (cutting, drilling, soldering)
- Typing and order tracking skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Experience & Education:

- Experience in shipping/receiving (cross border)
- Familiarity with customs documentation and tariff codes is an asset
- Training in electronics or electrical assembly (SAIT, NAIT, DeVry, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in logistics, manufacturing or an order desk role with an electronics/electrical supplier

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
