Position Overview

Meadowvale Ford is looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the dealership's marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional activities while helping maintain a consistent and professional brand image.

This position requires someone who is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support the dealership's marketing and advertising initiatives
- Create and schedule social media content across various platforms
- Take and edit photos and videos of vehicles, dealership activities, promotions, and events
- Assist with online vehicle listings, including photos, descriptions, pricing, and promotional content
- Coordinate dealership promotions, campaigns, events, and community initiatives
- Prepare marketing materials, flyers, advertisements, and promotional content
- Maintain and update dealership social media pages and online marketing platforms
- Monitor online content to ensure information is accurate, current, and professionally presented
- Assist with email marketing and customer communications
- Work with the Sales and Management teams to promote vehicles, offers, and dealership initiatives
- Coordinate with external vendors, advertising partners, and marketing platforms as required




- Track marketing activities and assist with basic reporting and administrative duties
- Stay up to date with automotive marketing trends and social media platforms
- Perform other marketing and administrative duties as required

Mandatory Qualifications

- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual presentation and content
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous marketing, communications, or social media experience
- Experience in an automotive or dealership environment
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
- Photography and/or video editing experience
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising and online marketing

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Saturdays as required
