Duties

- Prepare and deliver comprehensive lessons in Math, English, and other core school subjects tailored to diverse student needs
- Use effective tutoring techniques to reinforce learning concepts and improve student performance
- Assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and interactive activities
- Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation, curiosity, and respect
- Communicate clearly with students, parents, and colleagues about student development and instructional strategies




- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Maintain organized records of lesson plans, attendance, and student achievements

Qualifications

- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring across multiple subjects, especially Math and English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students of various ages
- Experience working with children or young learners in classroom or tutoring settings
- Classroom experience is highly desirable to effectively manage diverse learning environments
- Ability to develop creative lesson plans that make learning enjoyable and effective
- Passion for education and a commitment to fostering academic growth in students
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in education or teaching are a plus
