Duties

- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process
- Schedule appointments efficiently, managing the front desk calendar to optimize clinic flow
- Perform various aesthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and other skincare services with precision and care
- Educate clients on product options through demos and upselling techniques to enhance their treatment experience
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards across all treatment areas and equipment to ensure client safety
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their visit
- Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products, beauty tools,



and treatment packages to meet client needs

Qualifications

- Prior experience as a medical aesthetician or in a related beauty or skincare role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures within a clinical or spa environment
- Proficiency in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations to enhance client engagement
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments, records, and inventory efficiently
- Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, hair styling (a plus), and other aesthetic treatments with attention to detail
- Hospitality-minded attitude with a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best
