We are seeking an experienced and passionate Medical Aesthetician to provide a range of advanced aesthetic treatments and skincare services. In this role, you will use your expertise to deliver personalized treatments that enhance the overall appearance and health of our clients' skin. You will also contribute to the exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere that Bloomfield Beauty Co. is known for.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser therapies.
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to develop customized treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals.
- Educate clients on skincare regimens, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment history and progress.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product innovations to provide cutting-edge services.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the treatment rooms and throughout the spa.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and other team members to deliver cohesive and effective treatment plans.
- Manage inventory of skincare products and equipment, and assist with ordering as needed.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Medical Aesthetician with relevant certifications.
- Experience in performing advanced aesthetic treatments and services.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy,



conditions, and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings.
- Experience with skincare product lines and a passion for educating clients.

Training Program:

The successful candidate will undergo on-the-job training to familiarize themselves with our specific protocols, equipment, and products. This training will ensure you are well-prepared to deliver the high-quality treatments and exceptional client care that Bloomfield Beauty Co. is known for.
