Responsibilities

- Clinical content leadership — guide the creation of medically accurate, evidence‑based wellness education across video, audio, and digital formats
- On‑camera instruction — deliver transparent, culturally attuned teaching in French‑Canadian language for a global audience
- Curriculum development — collaborate with Caravan’s wellness team to build structured programs on metabolic health, mental wellbeing, chronic disease prevention, and specialty‑specific topics
- Medical review + quality assurance — evaluate scripts, demonstrations, and final content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with Canadian clinical standards
- Cultural + linguistic adaptation — ensure content reflects French‑Canadian cultural norms, communication styles, and community health needs




- Collaborative production workflow — work closely with producers, editors, and wellness strategists to refine messaging, visuals, and delivery
- Public education + empowerment — translate complex medical concepts into accessible, actionable guidance for diverse audiences
- Specialty expertise contribution — provide subject‑matter insights in areas such as endocrinology, mental health, lifestyle medicine, functional nutrition, somatic therapy, or movement education
- Professional representation — uphold Caravan’s standards of clarity, warmth, inclusivity, and evidence‑based communication

Qualifications

French‑Canadian fluency — native or professional‑level proficiency required for content delivery

Clinical expertise in a relevant specialty: metabolic health, endocrinology, mental health, lifestyle medicine, chronic disease prevention, functional nutrition, somatic therapy, or movement education

Experience in patient education or public‑facing health communication (preferred but not required)

Strong communication skills — ability to simplify complex medical concepts into clear, actionable guidance

Cultural competence — understanding of French‑Canadian health norms, community needs, and inclusive communication practices

Holistic health perspective integrating mind‑body wellness, lifestyle medicine, and preventive care

Comfort on camera or willingness to receive coaching in on‑camera delivery

Collaborative mindset — ability to work with creative teams, wellness strategists, and producers

Commitment to evidence‑based practice and alignment with Caravan’s high standards for medical accuracy
