Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and organized Medical Office Administrator to join our team. provide exceptional administrative support, and ensure the smooth daily functioning of our medical office. Must have an experience with OSCAR EMR of minimum 1 year . IMG preferred .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage patient appointments, both in-person and virtual.
- Handle patient intake and manage records in compliance with privacy laws (HIPAA).
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare professionals.
- Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage.
- Maintain office supplies and medical equipment inventory.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety compliance of the office.

- Requirements:
- 1 year of minimum experience with Oscar EMR




- associate degree or higher in healthcare administration preferred.
- Proven experience in a medical office environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, medical billing, and coding is a plus.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate

- Scarborough, ON M1M 1R5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
