About the Role:
We are currently seeking a full time Medical Receptionist with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and committed to delivering excellent service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and handle messages efficiently
- Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and care
- Perform OHIP and private billing
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and timely manner
- Maintain smooth day-to-day front desk operations
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Skilled demeanor and customer service mindset
Assets:
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset
- 2–3 years of medical office or administrative experience
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 0900-1700
Work Location:
- In person at our Toronto clinic (M1P 2T7)
