About the Role:
We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and committed to delivering excellent service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and handle messages efficiently
- Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and care
- Perform OHIP and private billing
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and timely manner
- Maintain smooth day-to-day front desk operations
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
Assets:
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset
- 2–3 years of medical office or administrative experience
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 0900-1700
Work Location:
- In person at our Toronto clinic (M1P 2T7)
