Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Millwork Finisher to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to custom millwork products, ensuring they meet quality standards and client specifications. Your expertise will help transform raw materials into beautifully finished pieces that enhance architectural projects. Duties

- Smooth and refine wood surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and sanding equipment to achieve a flawless finish
- Apply stains, paints, varnishes, or sealants to enhance the appearance and durability of millwork products
- Operate machinery such as CNC machining centers, welding equipment, and other fabrication tools with precision
- Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections, making necessary adjustments or rework as needed
- Collaborate with assembly teams to ensure proper fitting and alignment of components during final assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times




- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues with equipment like cranes or forklifts to support efficient workflow

Requirements

- Proven experience in manufacturing or woodworking environments, particularly in finishing or surface preparation
- Mechanical knowledge of machinery including CNC machines, welding tools, cranes, forklifts, and hand/power tools
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to promote efficiency and waste reduction
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and craftsmanship
- Knowledge of welding techniques and machining processes is a plus
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials safely, and work in a fast-paced environment
