K-Indu Ltd. is a locally owned and operated company proudly serving Manitoba’s agricultural and industrial sectors since 1977. K-Indu is an established Manitoba company specializing in the sales, service, and installation of seed cleaning, grain handling, feed processing, and material handling equipment.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Millwright Apprentice to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of industrial and agricultural equipment
- Install and service conveyors, augers, bucket elevators, spouting, and related equipment
- Perform mechanical assembly, fitting, alignment, and equipment installation
- Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and equipment repairs
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
- Perform work in the shop and at various customer job sites
- Work at heights and in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Registered Millwright Apprentice in Manitoba
- All apprenticeship levels are welcome to apply




- Previous industrial, agricultural, mechanical, or equipment installation experience is considered an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence required
- Class 3 driver’s licence or higher is considered an asset
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Able to perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Legally entitled to work in Canada

Hours: Hours are generally full time but may fluctuate depending on workload and operational requirements. Location: Stony Mountain, Manitoba
