At The Cornerstone Mortgage Group, we give you the guidance, tools, and flexibility to grow—whether you’re starting your mortgage career or looking for a better home for your established business.

Simple, transparent compensation For new agents:

- 70/30 commission split for your first 10 funded deals—you keep 70%.
- Hands-on mentorship throughout those first 10 deals, with no additional per-file fee.
- After your first 10 funded deals, keep 100% of your commission and pay just $499 per closed file. That’s it!
- No monthly brokerage fees.

For experienced agents: Agents with $7.5 million or more funded in the previous 12 months, or Level 2 agents with demonstrated production, may qualify to start directly at 100% commission, less $499 per closed file.

This is a commission-based opportunity with no guaranteed salary. Earnings depend on your funded business.

You’re welcome to use the CRM of your choice. The Scarlett CRM is optional, while brokerage requirements for origination, submissions,



recordkeeping, and compliance apply.

Your role

- Build relationships with borrowers and referral partners.
- Understand clients’ financing needs and explain suitable mortgage options.
- Collect and review mortgage applications and supporting documents.
- Work with our support team to structure and submit files.
- Communicate with clients and lenders throughout the financing process.
- Maintain accurate records and follow brokerage compliance procedures.
- Grow your business through dependable service, networking, and referrals.

Who we’re looking for We welcome new and experienced mortgage agents and brokers, including professionals transitioning from real estate, banking, financial services, or automotive finance.

You bring
