Responsibilities

- Monitor drilling operations continuously to collect and analyze geological data, including cuttings, mud properties, and formation pressures.
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other construction machinery safely and efficiently on-site.
- Assist with rigging procedures, ensuring all equipment is properly set up and maintained for optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of mud logs, formation samples, and operational data to support ongoing analysis.
- Collaborate closely with drill crews, geologists, and engineers to relay real-time information that influences drilling decisions.
- Support horizontal drilling activities by providing technical insights into formation characteristics.




- Conduct routine safety checks on equipment and participate in safety meetings to uphold a secure work environment.

Requirements

- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other construction equipment.
- Prior experience or familiarity with oil & gas drilling operations, especially in horizontal drilling environments.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record for rigging and transportation tasks.
- Strong understanding of rigging procedures and safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation.
- Construction experience or background working on industrial sites is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of oil & gas industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards.
