Manpower are currently recruiting for a Night Hygiene Operative to join a well-established Coldstore and Warehouse Site. This is an excellent prospect for a reliable and hardworking individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping within a fast-paced environment.

Location

- Site location requires own or reliable transport
- No public transport links are available to the site

Shift Pattern

- 8pm-5am
- Monday to Thursday (Friday flexibility is also required)

Pay Rate

- £13.85ph

Key Responsibilities

- Cleaning and sanitising doors, safety-barriers, general safety equipment, windows, building infrastructure
- General yard tidy-up including sweeping / maintaining cleanliness throughout warehouse and production areas
- Cleaning high-level areas, including behind evaporators and roof void access points
- Maintaining hygiene standards within loading and dispatch areas
- Following all site hygiene,



health & safety, and food safety procedures
- Ensuring cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed schedules
- Correctly using cleaning equipment, chemicals, and PPE

What We're Looking For

Experience

- Previous experience within a hygiene, industrial cleaning, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is desirable
- Experience working within food production or FMCG environments would be advantageous

Skills & Attributes

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts consistently
