Essence Medical has been proudly serving Grand Falls-Windsor since 2018.

What if you could step into an established practice with an existing patient base, established systems, infrastructure, a medical clinic and a successful aesthetics business — instead of starting from scratch?

I am looking for a Nurse Practitioner, new graduate NP, or physician who is interested in eventually taking over and owning Essence Medical.

Why am I making this opportunity available?

After building Essence Medical over the years, I am preparing to move into the next chapter of my life — semi-retirement while pursuing other projects and opportunities.

I want more time and flexibility to dedicate to these new projects, while knowing that the practice I have built will be in the hands of the right person.

This is a planned transition. My goal is to find someone who can take Essence Medical into its next chapter and make it their own.

What makes this opportunity different?

I am willing to stay alongside you for approximately 6 months to 1 year to mentor, teach and train you in the practice.

You will have the opportunity to learn:

- The day-to-day operation of the clinic
- Patient care and established workflows
- Medical aesthetics
- Business and practice management
- The systems and processes I've developed
- Everything involved in successfully taking over the practice

You won't be starting from zero — and you won't be doing it alone. Essence Medical combines a medical clinic with an established and successful aesthetics practice,



including specialized services such as tumescent liposuction.

You will be stepping into an existing practice with patients, infrastructure, systems and a reputation already established in the community.

After the transition

If you wish, I am happy to stay on board and continue to support you with everything related to tumescent liposuction, including teaching, mentoring and performing procedures.

I would love the opportunity to pass along the knowledge and experience I've developed so that this specialized service can continue as part of Essence Medical's future.

Who I'm looking for

You may be an experienced NP, a new graduate NP, or a physician.

You don't need to know everything on day one.

I'm looking for someone who is:
