Inc. is looking for a 0.4 EFT Staff Educator to support the nursing department. You will coordinate mandatory education sessions, assess staff competency, and implement quality improvement initiatives. By collaborating with clinical leaders and promoting safe practices, you will ensure high standards of resident care. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver educational sessions for staff
- Monitor and document completion of training requirements
- Provide mentorship and coaching for nursing practices
- Coordinate current employee orientations
