On-Demand Business Role-Play Actor

We are looking for confident, natural communicators to participate in realistic business role-play sessions on an as-needed basis.

You will play the role of a business owner, manager, or decision maker in simulated client meetings. Our team will conduct the meeting as if you were a real potential client.

This is on-demand contract work with no fixed weekly hours. When a session becomes available, we will contact you and you can choose whether to participate.

What you'll do

- Play a realistic business owner, manager, or decision maker
- Participate in 1 to 2 hour business meetings
- Receive a business scenario before each session
- Have a natural conversation with our team
- Share information about your business as the conversation develops
- Raise realistic questions, concerns, and objections
- Improvise and respond naturally to unexpected questions
- Provide feedback about the meeting afterward

Who we're looking for Professional acting experience is not required.

We are especially interested in people with experience in:

- Business ownership
- Management
- Sales
- Customer service
- Entrepreneurship




- Consulting
- Acting or improvisation

You should be comfortable having business conversations, thinking on your feet, and staying in character. Real-world business experience is a robust advantage.

Example

You may be asked to play the owner of a growing company with multiple locations.

Our team will conduct a discovery meeting with you to understand your business, current processes, challenges, and goals.

Your role is to respond naturally as the business owner would in a real meeting. You may have concerns, ask questions, challenge ideas, or be unsure about what solution you need.

The goal is to make the conversation feel as close as possible to a real client meeting.

Contract

Type: On-demand contract

Hours: No fixed hours

Session length: Typically 1 to 2 hours

Location: Calgary, AB

Compensation: Paid per session

There is no requirement to accept every session. We will contact you when a suitable session is available.

Pay: $15.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2.0 – 8.0 per week
