We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable On-Call Staff to join our team. As an On-Call Staff member, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our Montessori programs. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with children ages 12 months to 12 years, in an inclusive and educational environment.

Responsibilities:

- Minimum Childcare Level 1 qualification
- Montessori qualifications or experience preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is desirable but is not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with children, families, and coworkers.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).

Locations and Operating Hours: This is an on-call position with flexible hours. Shifts will vary based on the needs of the centre and your availability. Successful candidates may be scheduled at any of our campuses. On-call shifts may range from a few hours to a full day and may be scheduled with short notice to cover staff absences, vacations, or increased staffing needs.

Candidates who are available to work at multiple locations and who can accommodate opening and closing shifts will be considered an asset.

Montessori Casa (Preschool & Out of School Care)

- Montessori Casa Bonavista: #13, 1215 Lake Sylvan Drive SE, Calgary / Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.




- Montessori Casa Killarney: #2635, 32 Street SW, Calgary / Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Oaks & Acorns Montessori Childcare

- Oaks & Acorns Montessori – Midnapore : 500 Midpark Way SE, Calgary / Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Oaks & Acorns Montessori – Seton: 4963 Front Street SE, Calgary / Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
