We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate One on One Support professional to provide personalized assistance to children with diverse needs. Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one instructional support to children with special needs within classroom settings.
- Implement individualized education plans by adapting teaching strategies to meet each student’s specific requirements.
- Assist with daily activities, including academic tasks such as early childhood education, as well as social and behavioral development.
- Use communication techniques to facilitate effective interaction when necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to monitor progress and adjust support strategies accordingly.
- Support children in developing essential life skills,
fostering independence and confidence through positive reinforcement.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress, behavior, and any incidents, ensuring clear communication with the team.
Qualifications
- Prior classroom experience working with children in educational or support roles.
- Knowledge of teaching methods suitable for early childhood education and special education environments.
- Experience working with individuals with special needs is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, students, and families.
- Familiarity with instruction tailored for young learners or students with learning differences.
- Passion for supporting children’s developmental growth through engaging and energetic approaches.
