Pinnacle Event Rentals is a fast-growing event rental company serving Winnipeg and communities across Manitoba. We provide the foundation for events ranging from weddings and corporate functions to festivals, community events, trade shows and large-scale event installations.
Our Winnipeg operation continues to grow, and this position will play an important role in shaping how our Operations department develops.
This is a key leadership position with significant room for growth. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help build stronger operational systems, improve processes, develop employees and take on greater responsibility as the company expands.
Initially, the Operations Manager will be very hands-on and directly involved in the day-to-day operation. As the Winnipeg operation grows, a key part of the role will be developing the people, processes and leadership structure required to scale effectively.
Over time, the Operations Manager will be expected to develop Warehouse Supervisors, Field Supervisors, Crew Leads and other operational positions so day-to-day execution can be effectively delegated. This will allow the Operations Manager to increasingly focus on planning, leadership, team development, process improvement and overall operational performance.
