Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Location: Comfort Inn & Suites Windsor, 2330 Huron Church Rd., Windsor, ON

Reports To: General Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Operations Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites Windsor. This role is vital in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our guests, supporting the General Manager in daily hotel operations, and maintaining excellent performance and service delivery standards. You will be responsible for guest satisfaction, financial performance, employee management, and property upkeep to help achieve our business objectives and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services & Front Desk Management:

- Manage day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring quality standards and guest expectations are consistently met.
- Supervise front desk team, providing leadership and direction to deliver exceptional service.
- Handle guest complaints and always ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Act as the key point of contact for guest feedback, implementing improvements based on reviews and feedback.

Financial Responsibilities:

- Maximize hotel revenues while ensuring effective cost control systems are in place.
- Assist in monitoring inventory and managing purchasing needs for hotel supplies.

Qualifications:

- Experience:



Minimum of 2 years in a related hospitality management role. Experience in front desk operations, guest services, or similar is preferred.
- Education: A 2-year degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business Administration is a plus, though equivalent experience may be considered.

Key Skills:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and supervisors at all levels.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to perform the essential duties of the role, including standing and walking for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials as needed.

Work Environment:

- This is an in office position based at Comfort Inn & Suites Windsor. Flexibility to work in different areas of the hotel as required.
