Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, understanding their needs and guiding them through eyewear options and accessories
- Assist with optical measurements, including fitting frames and adjusting lenses for optimal comfort and performance
- Support the optical team with basic eye tests and preliminary assessments using specialized equipment
- Maintain accurate records of customer prescriptions, sales transactions, and laboratory orders
- Provide excellent retail sales support by promoting eyewear collections, lens options, and accessories to meet customer preferences
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization,



and proper maintenance of optical displays and testing areas
- Collaborate with optometrists and lab technicians to facilitate productive processing of eyewear orders and repairs

Experience

- Prior experience in optical retail or laboratory environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to eye health enhances communication with healthcare professionals
- Laboratory experience with lens cutting, edging, or similar processes is a strong plus
- Proven success in retail sales or customer service roles demonstrates your ability to engage clients effectively
- Familiarity with optical software systems such as Epic or similar platforms is advantageous
- Background in retail management or supervisory roles can provide additional leadership skills for career growth
