About the Role

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to support the final stages of our manufacturing process alongside our team. This position is responsible for tracking parts through completion, bringing completed orders together, verifying accuracy, and preparing orders for shipment.

Responsibilities

- Review completed parts and coordinate movement to the next required process.

- Track orders and bring all components together once production is complete.

- Verify part numbers, quantities, quality, and order requirements before shipping.

- Identify missing or incorrect items and work with the appropriate department to resolve issues.

- Update job status, completed processes, notes, and other information in the company computer system.

- Prepare internal and external delivery and shipping documents.

- Organize, wrap, and secure completed orders for shipment.

- Assist customers and drivers with loading orders.

- Assist with assembly, etching, identification, and other finishing work as required.

- Keep the finished goods and shipping area organized.

- Communicate with production and other departments regarding order status and priorities.





Qualifications

- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, shipping, or a similar setting is an asset.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Comfortable using computers and learning job-tracking software.

- Able to read and follow work orders, routings, and production documents.

- Able to manage multiple orders and priorities.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physically capable of handling materials, wrapping pallets, and assisting with loading.

- Experience with shipping/receiving, steel fabrication, quality control, production coordination, or material-handling equipment would be considered an asset.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
