PwC Flex Resources Recruiting is a division of PwC Management Services LP. We recruit for Professional Consultants for both the Private and Public sector across Canada.

We work with various clients in the Quebec region and have potential open opportunities in the Organizational Change Management (OCM) space. Opportunities may support technology-enabled transformation as well as non-technology initiatives, including operating models, processes, policy, organizational and service-delivery change. Engagements vary in scope, duration and work arrangement based on client needs.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience delivering organizational change management activities in complex organizations.
- Ability to work across technology and non-technology transformations and adapt OCM methods to different delivery approaches.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to translate complex changes into explicit, audience-focused messages and actionable plans.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in project, program, product, operational or transformation environments.
- Availability to support assignments in the Quebec region; hybrid, remote, on-site and travel requirements will depend on the engagement.





Qualifications:

•Fully bilingual - French/English only

•Post-secondary education in business, organizational development, communications, human resources, psychology, education, technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

- 8+ years of relevant experience in OCM, transformation, communications, learning, stakeholder engagement or a related discipline; consultants at multiple experience levels may be considered.
- Experience with recognized change management approaches or frameworks is an asset. OCM certifications, such as PROSCI or CCMP, are also assets.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, digital transformation, ERP, CRM, cloud, data, cybersecurity or workplace technology.
- Experience supporting non-technology changes, such as operating models, organizational design, process improvement, policy, service delivery, culture or workforce initiatives, is an asset.
- Public sector, private sector or regulated-industry experience is an asset. Security clearance requirements, if any, will be identified for each opportunity.
