A Caseload Ready for You Unlike many opportunities where practitioners are expected to build their practice entirely from the ground up, we already have patients looking for osteopathic care.

Our clinic continues to grow, and we are specifically looking for an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who is ready to take on an active caseload and grow with us.





There are also significant opportunities for internal referrals through our Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Pelvic Health, TMJ, Vestibular, and rehabilitation services.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
- Confident performing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Skilled in osteopathic manual therapy
- Comfortable working with musculoskeletal and complex patient presentations
- Skilled, reliable, and an excellent communicator
- Collaborative and comfortable working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Proactive about patient education, treatment planning, and continuity of care
- Interested in building long-term professional relationships with patients and referring clinicians
- Motivated to grow their practice and become an integral member of the clinic

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive osteopathic assessments
- Develop and communicate individualized plans of care
- Provide hands-on osteopathic manual treatment
- Educate patients regarding their condition, treatment plan, self-management, mobility, and recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate and collaborate with other members of the healthcare team when appropriate
- Participate in internal referrals and multidisciplinary patient care
- Maintain professional standards and an excellent patient experience
- Contribute positively to the clinic culture and growth

Qualifications





- Graduate of a recognized Osteopathic Manual Practice/Osteopathy program
- Member in good standing with a recognized professional association
- Current qualified liability insurance
- Robust clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centred care

New graduates with solid clinical skills and motivation are welcome to apply; however, experienced practitioners are strongly encouraged.

Compensation

Competitive percentage-based contractor compensation, with strong earning potential due to our existing patient demand and referral network.

Expected earning potential may vary depending on schedule, availability, and caseload.

Schedule

Part-time or full-time opportunities are available.

We are particularly interested in practitioners who can offer some evening and/or weekend availability.
