As an Outbound Phone SDR (Native English) at CEDX Systems, you'll put CEDX in front of the right buyers and turn manual-process pain into closed revenue. You'll sell a product that demonstrably saves teams hundreds of hours, to buyers who feel the pain every quarter-close. We give you verified pipeline, sharp collateral, and room to run. This is an early-career seat with genuine ownership and a clear path up — you'll grow fast with senior operators right beside you.

This role is fully remote (Toronto, ON, Canada).

Responsibilities

Make 60–100 outbound calls per day to verified, pre-qualified leads we provide

Open the conversation in clear, native-level English — accent and tone matter here

Qualify each lead in the first 90 seconds against problem fit, authority, and urgency

Book qualified 30-minute Zoom demos for our Sales Closers — that's the scoreboard

Log every call outcome in the CRM the same hour; no end-of-day catch-up

Hit a weekly target of qualified meetings booked and protect your show-rate

Requirements

Native-level English speaker (US, UK, Canadian, Australian, or Irish accent)

1+ year of phone-based outbound work (cold-calling, telesales, recruiting) or strong customer-facing experience

Genuinely comfortable on the phone — a cold open doesn't faze you

Reliable laptop, quiet workspace, stable internet (15 Mbps min), and a good headset

Disciplined CRM hygiene and a thick skin for rejection

Authorized to work in the role's country (we don't sponsor for this role)

Nice to have

Sold into financial or professional services before

Experience with a power dialer or modern sales-engagement tool
