Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting local businesses, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-person sales presentations, explaining service offerings, preparing quotes, and following up with prospects to close deals.

The role also involves building long-term relationships with clients, providing responsive customer service, and collaborating with operations to ensure service expectations are met. The representative will track sales activities,



maintain accurate records in the CRM, and contribute to sales strategies that support the company’s growth in the commercial cleaning market.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills, with the ability to prospect, pitch, and close commercial cleaning contracts.
- Candidates should possess Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional email and phone etiquette.
- Candidates should possess basic business and negotiation skills, with the ability to prepare proposals, discuss pricing, and handle objections effectively.
- Experience in B2B field sales, preferably in facilities services, cleaning, or related industries, is beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
