We are seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Support Worker to provide compassionate care and assistance to an individual with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of support and caregiving, including medication administration, meal preparation, and the enforcement of scheduled routines and activities.

Responsibilities

- Assist the client with daily living activities in their home.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals while considering dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals under care.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
- Assist with and participate in activities and redirect the client as needed.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel.

Experience

- Prior experience with Autism,



ADHD and complex needs is preferred.
- Knowledge of managing behaviours is beneficial.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanour are essential for this role

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
