We are seeking a vibrant and dedicated Paan Artist/Server to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our authentic Paan experience, delighting customers with expertly crafted Paan and exceptional service. Duties

- Prepare and assemble traditional Paan using fresh ingredients, ensuring each piece meets quality standards and presentation expectations
- Serve customers with enthusiasm, explaining the different types of Paan and upselling additional flavors or accompaniments to enhance their experience
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Manage cash transactions efficiently, providing correct change and maintaining accurate sales records
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
- Assist in food preparation tasks related to Paan ingredients and accompaniments as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions,



and creating a lively, welcoming environment

Skills

- Experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in serving or preparing traditional snacks or desserts
- Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS for smooth transaction processing
- Robust time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
- Proficiency in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards within the food industry
- Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and inventory management
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive guest experience
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus
