Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
- Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accuracy with basic math skills.
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about food and beverages, and provide excellent customer service to foster loyalty.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, including food preparation surfaces and equipment, adhering to food safety standards.




- Manage food handling responsibilities by following proper procedures for serving and food safety regulations.
- Support food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring timely delivery of quality products during busy periods.

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm for coffee and customer interaction is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
- Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and working in a fast-paced workplace.
