Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Packer, where your attention to detail and efficiency will help ensure our products reach customers in perfect condition. As a Packer, you will play a vital part in the packaging process, preparing finished goods for shipment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

- Assemble, label, and organize cartons (boxes) onto pallets to prepare for daily packing procedures.
- Carefully inspect (and if needed, pick out any defective bags) to ensure they meet quality standards before packing them.
- Pack bags neatly and securely into boxes to prevent damage during transit.
- Pile boxes neatly onto pallets to ensure secure shipping.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management by labelling and sorting.




- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times during packing activities.
- At the end of the shift, assist the machine operators with the clean up of the machine including glue trays.

Experience

- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards.
- Experience with packaging processes is a plus.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.0 per week
