We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Paint, Pressure Washing & Junk Removal Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist with exterior and interior property maintenance projects, including preparing surfaces for painting, power washing residential and commercial properties, and loading/hauling away unwanted items. Key Responsibilities:

- Painting & Surface Prep Prep surfaces by sanding, scraping, caulking, and patching dry wall or wood.
- Mask off windows, trim, and floors using tape, plastic, and drop cloths.
- Assist lead painters with applying paint, stain, and primer using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Clean and maintain painting tools, spray machines, and brushes after job completion.
- Set up pressure washing equipment, hoses, surface cleaners, and water supply systems.
- Safely operate pressure washers to clean driveways, sidewalks, decks, siding, and roofs.
- Inspect work areas to ensure thorough cleaning without damaging customer property.




- Carry and load heavy items (furniture, appliances, yard debris, construction materials) into trucks or trailers.
- Sweep and clean customer job sites after removals are complete.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and team leads.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

- Previous experience in painting, pressure washing, junk removal, or general construction/landscaping is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift 50–75+ lbs regularly, stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the workday.
- Looking for someone punctual, reliable, and able to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.

Competitive hourly pay with potential for overtime. On-the-job training and skill advancement (opportunity to become a Crew Lead). Flexible scheduling. All necessary safety gear and tools provided. Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
