We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various products and components, ensuring high-quality standards and a polished appearance. Duties

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during surface preparation and finishing processes.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues related to painting machinery or spray systems.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards.




- Conduct inspections of finished work for consistency, smoothness, and adherence to specifications.

Requirements

- Proven experience in painting within a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, spray equipment, welding, and basic machining techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and maintenance needs.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and mixing paints or coatings.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Experience working with cranes or forklifts is a plus for handling materials or equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
