We are seeking a energetic and dedicated Painter Sprayer to join our team for weekend and night shifts. As a Painter Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various products and components, ensuring they meet strict quality standards.

Your mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding, and other equipment will be essential to your success. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a vibrant, safety-focused setting.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Operate spray guns, brushes, rollers, and other painting tools efficiently to apply coatings evenly across different surfaces.
- Set up and calibrate equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and other machinery needed for handling materials safely.
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to verify proper coating thickness and finish consistency.
- Assist with assembly or machining tasks as needed to support production flow.




- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and mixing paints or coatings accurately.
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction.

Experience

- Previous experience in manufacturing or a related industrial environment is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Familiarity with mechanical tools, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and basic maintenance procedures is advantageous.
- Knowledge of crane operation, forklift handling, or other heavy machinery is a plus.
- Basic understanding of machining processes or assembly techniques can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude combined with attention to detail ensures high-quality work standards.
- Ability to work during night shifts and weekends with energy and enthusiasm.
