We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Painting Supervisor to lead and oversee our New Home/Condo Division. In this role, you will coordinate painting crews, ensure adherence to project specifications, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will drive the timely completion of painting tasks while managing resources effectively.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate painting crews, assigning tasks and monitoring progress daily to meet project deadlines.
- Review project schematics, and construction drawings to understand scope and specifications for each job.
- Ensure all painting work complies with COR safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Manage materials inventory, order supplies as needed, and control costs within project budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, adherence to schematics, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in commercial or new building construction projects with main focus on painting operations.
- Familiarity with construction management
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure quality control
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
