Supervisor to observe and report on parenting time visits with a non residing parent and child(ren) where there are concerns in regards to safety or the parents’ abilities.
Description:
· Staff member to observe and report on parenting time between parent and child(ren) where there are concerns in regards to safety or parent ability.
· Flexible/part time contracts – mostly evenings and weekends. Shifts range from 3 hours minimum up to 8 hours.
· Parenting time takes place in-home or in-community.
· Staff member to act as neutral third party and take time-lined notes of the parenting time.
· Presently looking for London, Sarnia
Qualifications/Skills:
· Relevant University or College Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution (CYW/CYC or BSW preferred).
· Minimum of 5 years of experience working with children and families.
· Valid Driver’s license an asset.
· Vulnerable Person Police Check.
· Proven report writing skills a must.
· Work with families in high-conflict custody and access situations is an asset.
