Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, and attention to detail
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients to streamline service
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen activities
- Serve meals efficiently and courteously to ensure a positive dining experience
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
- Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Follow all health regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Must be available evenings and weekends

Skills





- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong understanding of food handling safety standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy meal times
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable for success in this role
