Part-Time Current Home Sales Representative

About the Position

Kingston Homes Ltd. is looking for an outgoing, professional and sales-focused New Home Sales Representative to work from our Spruce Grove showhome.

This is an active sales position. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective buyers, presenting our homes and available options, following up with leads, and helping convert showhome visitors into Kingston Homes customers.

Responsibilities

- Greet and actively engage customers visiting the showhome.
- Understand customers' needs, budget and home preferences.
- Present available homes, floor plans, features and upgrade options.
- Explain pricing and the new home building process.
- Generate, track and follow up with prospective buyer leads.
- Follow up with customers by phone, email and text.
- Schedule appointments and additional meetings with interested buyers.
- Maintain knowledge of Kingston Homes inventory,



specifications and communities.
- Assist customers with basic selections when required.
- Keep the showhome clean, organized and presentable.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching prospective buyers.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Reliable, professional and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- New home, real estate or construction experience is an asset.

Applicants must be consistently available Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM–5:00 PM. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus commission or bonuses for successful home sales.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate

- Spruce Grove, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
