The Sales

Associate will play a vital role in driving sales through effective upselling and product knowledge, contributing to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers
- Engage in upselling to enhance customer purchases and meet sales goals
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure proper merchandising standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage time effectively to assist multiple customers during busy periods
- Use strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions,



new products, and store policies
- Ensure phone etiquette is maintained when handling inquiries via phone or online channels

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with retail tools such as merchandising displays, phone etiquette, and upselling techniques
