Ryes & Shine is looking for an experienced part-time Bartender / Server to join our team for 2–3 shifts per week, with opportunities for additional hours during holiday parties, private events and busier periods.
We’re a craft distillery and cocktail lounge, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys cocktails, spirits and hospitality — not just someone who can follow a recipe.
We make as much as possible from scratch and love experimenting with recent cocktails, house-made ingredients and spirits produced right here in the distillery. There’s plenty of room to be creative, contribute ideas and learn more about distilling and spirits along the way.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous bartending and serving experience
- Is confident making classic and craft cocktails
- Is comfortable when a guest says, “Just make me something.”
- Enjoys working with fresh, house-made ingredients
- Is outgoing, personable and genuinely enjoys hospitality
- Works well as part of a team and jumps in where needed
- Is comfortable serving tables as well as working behind the bar

What we offer:
- $20/hour + tips
- 2–3 shifts per week, plus additional event and holiday hours
- Servers keep their own tips with a standard tip-out to bar/kitchen — no tip pool
